We have a unique organizational structure to ensure that we can effectively carry out our mission. We have various departments responsible for different aspects of our organization including workshops, conferences, and public events.
Conferences

2024 Workshop Series Brazilian Soap
March 16
Ages: Adults and children 10+ with adult supervision.
You will learn how to make traditional Brazilian soap at home, while also learning about the history of the craft. Dominique Flaksberg will teach us how to create molds and use a cold process technique to make multi-use soap, for hands, clothes and dishes. She is the creator of Circular Bodies, bringing affordable home & body essentials to the community.

Printmaking-carve your own stamps
APRIL 13
This workshop is taught by Renee Zamora, a Columbus mixed media and printmaking artist. She will teach you how to carve a design into a relief block to create your own stamps, which can be used over and over in endless art projects. You will get to experiment with your stamps on a variety of materials and with different colors of ink. Beginners welcome! All supplies included. Ages 13 and up

Hablemos en Español * Conversation Club
sTARTS MARCH 9TH
The Spanish-Speaking Club is the best way to speak Spanish in a real-life setting in a structured conversation group with a native Spanish-speaking host.
By completing this module:
- you’ll learn how to converse on a wide range of topics
- you’ll perfect your verb conjugation so you can speak in different tenses
- you’ll be able to conversationally use your Spanish so you feel confident when traveling or conversing with a native speaker
